Families with young coeliacs in school years Year 6 to Year 13 - this is an opportunity to network with other families and a chance for your tween/teen coeliac to meet others just like themselves. Siblings welcome.

• Please email coeliacsbucksyouth@gmail.com to find out the exact meeting spot and what you need to look out for to be able to find our coeliac youth group leader.

• All under 18s must be supervised and accompanied by their parents/carers at all times throughout this meet up.

• The Southbank Centre’s Winter Market is right by the water’s edge and very close to the London Eye. Utter Waffle’s co-owner is coeliac and they have some delicious coeliac safe sweet waffles. Vegan menu available too.

• Savoury food options at the winter market are Pabellon, Voodoo Magic Fries and in Southbank’s permanent food market just up the steps from Utter Waffle, there’s The Curry Shack, a bigger Pabellon stall, Pad & Sen Thai plus there’s also a branch of Cote Brasserie and Honest Burger which have click & collect. Across the bridge from Utter Waffle, just by Embankment tube station on Villiers St is Hobson’s Fish & Chips.

• Alternatively, bring your own GF picnic or there’s no need to eat at all - our meetups are about spending time with others who are in the same boat so it’s up to each family to make their own choices about coeliac-safe food.

• After the meetup finishes at 6:15pm families could enjoy seeing the London Eye & Big Ben illuminated, Covent Garden’s xmas tree, Trafalgar Square’s xmas tree, all the Christmas lights and everything London has to offer.
