White Rabbit is continuing their mission to bring the most delicious, no compromise Italian dishes to the masses by proudly making their debut into Tesco and launching a trio of brand new recipes. The new range, which is crafted at their dedicated gluten free bakery in Oxfordshire, features a brand new pair of White Rabbitâs signature sourdough pizzas, plus fan-favourite doughballs, all rolling into a Tesco near you!
Crafted to be cooked from frozen, making them the perfect freezer essential, the range is ideal to have on hand for easy week night meals, pizza parties with friends and more, featuring:
White Rabbit Chicken & Chorizo Pizza

This sourdough pizza base is deliciously thin & crispy, featuring their signature roasted Italian tomato sauce, which is then hand topped with creamy mozzarella, paprika & oregano seasoned chicken and a chorizo crumble.

The brandâs story actually began many years ago in the Italian mountains, where co-founder Teo spent his childhood mastering family recipes at his uncleâs pizzeria. Fifteen years later, whilst working as a chef at the White Rabbit pub in Oxford â now the brandâs namesake (and also rated 5 stars on the Gluten Free Glee app đ) â he met Nick.
Together, the pair saw firsthand just how many people were missing out on Teoâs sourdough pizzas because they couldnât eat gluten. So, with the firm belief that everyone should be able to eat delicious pizza, they began sourcing the best tasting ingredients from Italy and crafting authentic gourmet gluten free pizzas, with a range of dairy, meat and vegan options. Now ten years in, they havenât looked back.
